Standard Shipping Policy
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our policies pertaining to any order that is delivered to an address via our Standard Shipping option as selected at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Elefante Music reserves the right to refuse orders at our discretion. We do not ship to addresses that do not match the billing address on file with the credit card issuer. We do not ship to non-residential addresses or PO boxes. Furthermore, we do not sell to consolidators or resellers due to the potential for fraud. This is an effort to protect the integrity of our products, to play a role in the history of our vintage instruments, and to preserve the level of personalized service we provide for musicians.
Shipment processing time
- Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Some orders containing items that are not in stock and must be ordered from our distributor may be delayed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders with Standard Shipping selected will be shipped either USPS or UPS, which Elefante Music will choose at its discretion. Tracking information will be provided to the customer.
- Rates are based on order dimensions and the shipping address.
- We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is typically active within one business day.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Elefante Music is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Elefante Music is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
If you are outside of the US and you see an item you are interested in, please email [email protected] and let us know your location. If we are able to ship to you we will send a shipping estimate for your approval and a secure e-invoice. Tracking information will also be provided when available.
